Recently, Southern Gospel News Podcast (SGNP) visited the Kingdom Heirs at Dollywood in their theater, the Showstreet Palace.  CEO, Darien Southerland, of SGNP said this. "We had the honor to go backstage at Dollywood and talk with all 7 members of the Kingdom Heirs. It's the 45th Annual WIVK Christmas Parade in Knoxville, Tennessee! 
  
The parade starts at 7:00pm 

Parade Route: The parade will step off onto Church Street and travel towards Gay Street, turn onto East Jackson Street and will disband in the Old City past Barleys. 
You will see many floats, decorated vehicles, marching bands, majorettes, dancers, plus an appearance by Santa Claus. Let's not forget a special performance by the Kingdom Heirs as they represent Dollywood along with their families!

Arden, NC  (October 11, 2017) – The Kingdom Heirs have garnered their first No.1 debut on Billboard Music’s top Southern Gospel Album chart with their new release, The Last Big Thing. In addition, the album will appear at the No.8 position on Billboard’s Current Contemporary Christian chart as well as the No.12 position on the Christian/Gospel Music album chart for Oct. 10th, 2017. The album released Sept 29th on Sonlite Records a division of Crossroads Entertainment and Marketing. The Kingdom Heirs and Sonlite marked the occasion of the release with a celebratory gathering and performance at this year’s National Quartet Convention in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee 

Lead singer Arthur Rice states, “Anytime you record a new album, you hope everyone loves it as much as you do. From its initial success and chart debut, I think everyone is loving it too! Our prayer is that every song encourages you as it has us.”

With the latest Sonlite Records album release from the Kingdom Heirs, "The Last Big Thing" comes the first radio single which is the title cut off of the 2017 Fall release.  The single, "The Last Big Thing" wriiten by Rebecca J. Peck and Dianne Wilkinson hit the charts hard with the highest debut the Kingdom Heirs have ever had.  Debuting at #25 on the Singing News Top 80 Charts!

The Singing News Fan Awards are the Southern Gospel industry's PREMIERE fan-voted awards, with winners decided by the readers of Singing News. This year's show is set to be another amazing event, taking place at the National Quartet Convention in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, later this year. 

This year we are announcing the Top 10 nominees during a special on-air broadcast on Singing News Radio. We will be updating this article as quickly as possible during the broadcast.

The latest radio single release off of the Kingdom Heirs new recording "Something Good" titled "Never Made A Promise" debuts at #23 on the Singing News Charts!  The song was written by Kenna West, Lee Black and Sue C. Smith featuring baritone Loren Harris.  It was the #2 new release pick in February before making it's debut on the charts.  We are very proud and excited about the news and with every spin on the radio, the message reaches so many all across the world.
