FOR OFFICIAL RELEASE!With the sudden departure of former baritone Brian Alvey, the Kingdom Heirs were in search of a new baritone. Andy Stringfield, piano player extraordinaire,
stepped in vocally and has done an exceptional job doing double duty on the piano and the baritone part as we searched for just the right man for the job.
We are so proud and excited to announce that Loren Harris has accepted the position as the Kingdom Heirs baritone! We welcome Loren, his wife Cindy, and their children Cameron and Kenidy to the Kingdom Heir family. Help us make them welcome and show our love and support to this wonderful family.
The latest album by the Kingdom Heirs, A New Look, has been setting records as well as industry standards since its debut. From having a very successful debut, to having the first two singles, The Chain Gang (written by Mark Bishop) and Pieces (written by Dennis Murphy) making the top 5 in the Singing News Charts, as well as ranking among the top elite Gospel artists ranging from Contemporary, Christian Rock, Praise and Worship as well as Southern Gospel on the Billboard Charts to now being nominated for Dove Awards for "The Chain Gang" and "Pieces" is incredible! We are honored that we were nominated and we feel like this is just the beginning to a new chapter and platform from what is already a rock solid foundation and we will continue to strive to bring the best music that we possibly can to our loyal fans. It was written by the dynamic team of Rebecca J. Peck and Diane Wilkinson which are two of the top song writers of our time. This tune has become a crowd favorite and we are sure it will get your toes a tappin' and your fingers a snappin'! With Christmas coming up sooner than you'd think, the Kingdom Heirs have recorded a new Christmas album, "Glory To God In the Highest".
Brian Alvey, baritone for the Kingdom Heirs, recently resigned his position and is currently pursuing other interests at this time. The Kingdom Heirs wish Brian well in his future endeavors. Immediately, 
"Pieces", The second single featured off of "A New Look" has been making incredible gaines since debuting on the Singing News chart. First debuting at #60 then jumping to #47 for the second month and having a huge jump on the chart to #17 and now landing in the #6 spot for August with another great jump is very exciting to see! The song was written by a great writer, Dennis Murphy and featuring the vocals of veteran tenor, Jerry Martin. Jerry states, "I get the privilege and honor to sing this wonderful song and share the message of hope with so many people from all walks of life that come to our shows at Dollywood. It's a phenomenal platform we have to get to share the message of Jesus Christ and His promises to many who would never step foot in a church but will come to one of our shows not really knowing what it's all about. We get to talk with some of them afterwards and they share with us how much our music has changed their lives or opened up their hearts to make a change for the better. That is so rewarding to us. God uses us in the worlds #1 theme park to help change lives on a daily basis. How cool is that!"
